We are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, administrative support, and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system as needed Answer patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and general information Process patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle billing inquiries, payments, and insurance verification as required Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations Address patient concerns or escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus Previous experience in a patient services, customer service, front desk, or administrative role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with office software and patient management or scheduling systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-focused approach
