Position Overview Prime Fitness Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in Hobe Sound, Florida. Work Environment Located in the beautiful coastal region of Hobe Sound, Florida, our rehabilitation facility fosters a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. As a member of our onsite team, you will work closely with fellow physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff to create a cohesive approach to patient care. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while ensuring that we provide every patient with the attention they deserve. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient evaluations to create customized treatment plans targeting rehabilitation goals specific to each patient's needs. Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, and modify treatment plans when necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Provide education and guidance on techniques and strategies for pain management, injury prevention, and improving mobility at home. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and orthopedic specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, ranging from athletes striving to return to play to older adults regaining strength and stability following surgery. Understanding the specific needs and motivations of your patients will be key to developing effective treatment plans and enhancing their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. An active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility is required. Strong clinical reasoning abilities along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Proficient in utilizing physical therapy management software and documenting patient care using Electronic Health Records. Experience in developing and conducting patient education workshops or sessions is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
