In this role, you'll be an essential part of the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support that helps patients receive the care they need. Responsibilities As a Patient Services Representative, you will: Coordinate patient referrals and authorizations Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing medical records Support registration and billing-related processes Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries Assist with department communication and marketing efforts Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care Why BayCare?
