Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and performing specialized assessments to determine individual rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, focusing on patient-specific goals and progress. Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and home exercise programs to encourage active participation in their recovery. Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment protocols in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques to assist patients in achieving mobility and function. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with adults and seniors experiencing a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Expect to develop care plans for post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and general functional improvements. Your role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our patients, empowering them through tailored therapy sessions. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
