Franciscan Point Crown Point 12800 Mississippi Pkwy Crown Point, Indiana 46307 The Clinical Scanner & Patient Roomer holds the critical responsibility of recording all correspondence into the patient's electronic medical record. This position within Franciscan plays a big role in rooming patient in preparation for their medical visit, while providing excellent patient experience.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Hours/days:

Wed/Thurs/Fri, 8-hour shift Room patients, take vital signs, and document and record into the EMR. Scan all correspondence, lab, and x-ray reports into correct patient record. Enter patient information into the EMR system. Prepare and process documents, according to procedures. Prefer someone with previous medical/clinical background

QUALIFICATIONS

Required High School Diploma/GED 1 year Medical Experience Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - State Licensing Board

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
