Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Outpatient Clinic Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of an outpatient clinic. You provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Essential Functions:
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Executive Director of Outpatient Clinics reports directly to the CEO and provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for Newman Regional Health Medical Partners Rural Health Clinic. The Executive Director is accountable for advancing organizational strategy, operational performance, financial stewardship, quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth across the outpatient enterprise. This position provides executive oversight of clinical operations, nursing practice, diagnostic services, workforce management, revenue cycle functions, registration, information technology, and other services supporting the delivery of care in the clinic setting. In collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and organizational leaders, the Executive Director establishes priorities, drives performance improvement, develops leaders, and ensures outpatient services remain responsive to the healthcare needs of the communities served by Newman Regional Health.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field At least 3 years experience in clinical management or other supervisory experience required; broad knowledge of RHC regulations preferred
