Role:

Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions. Optimizes facility and professional collections. Process referrals. Processes release of medical records information. Answers telephone inquiries.

Requirements:

Education :

Associate's degree preferred

Experience:

1 - 3 years of associated experience. Prefer two years of experience in professional or hospital billing. Potential travel to Quarry Lake location for coverage purposes. Salary range $18 to $22/hr, dependent on experience and internal equity.
