Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient and acute care settings to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care across diverse populations, including geriatric, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and community care patients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, gait, and balance training. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and functional activities. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on mobility and safety techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree, meeting Michigan licensure education requirements. Eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in Michigan. Successful completion of all clinical/fieldwork placements. Demonstrated competency in physical therapy principles and techniques. Prior field experience in physical therapy. Acute care/inpatient experience preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
