26 hours per week, Evenings Week 1: Monday 3p-9p, Wednesday 3p-9p, Thursday 3p-9p, Saturday 2p-10p Week 2: Sunday 3p-11p, Monday 3p-9p, Wednesday 3p-9p, thursday 3p-9p Week 3: Monday 3p-9p, Wednesday 3p-9p, Thursday 3p-11:30p, Friday 3p-9p
Training:

Perform outpatient & / or inpatient registration & insurance verification functions; Collect patient financial liability payments & ensures that patients meet financial requirements including Medicare medical necessity, payer pre-certifications & referrals. Provide general information to hospital users, patients, families & physician offices What you will need: 1 year customer service experience, required HS Diploma or equivalent required Data entry skills (50 to 60 keystrokes per minute) Basic computer skills HFMA CRCR or
NAHAM CHAA
required within one (1) year of hire. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Accuracy and attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
