Position:

Patient Services Representative- Part Time Hours :

Sundays 8-12PM and Mondays 5-8

PM Location:

Rogers Duties and Responsibilities :

Answer and screen incoming calls, patient inquiries and relays messages so that calls are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Schedule office appointments for providers, lab and outside providers Address credit issues as directed by the business office. Completes patient chart prep as needed. Making sure to get yearly updates with current signatures. Responsible for updating patient information in computer. Notifies patient by phone of their next day scheduled appointment. Assumes responsibility for all daily provider schedules. Maintains patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications :

High School diploma Previous office experience with computer knowledge helpful but not required Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred Excellent communication/listening/customer service skills Willing to work in a fast paced environment Computer knowledge to use scheduling software and

Microsoft Suite Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
