Job Description
Details:
- Part Time position with opportunity to grow
- Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm
- Full in-office position
Duties:
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand their requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to update client information
- Update patient files as well as handle incoming faxes, telephone calls and emails pertaining to multiple clients' offices Candidate must possess:
- Multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Phone skills including a friendly and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with customer relationships
- An understanding how to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows programs
- Resourcefulness
- A willingness to ask questions and do new job duties daily
- Reliable transportation to and from office
