What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate, qualified, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. Previous experience working in a physician's office is required. The right candidate must be customer service oriented and be able to interact with patients, physicians, co-workers and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.

What You'll Do:

As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a key role in the treatment of our patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting copayments, help with medical records and precertification. This is an engaging and interactive role, with great opportunity to acquire new skills while putting your existing talent to use.
