Description Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice located in Wells, Nevada. Work Environment This full-time role is set in an onsite outpatient clinic environment in Wells, Nevada, providing a balanced work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll work with a steady flow of patients, predominantly those with private medical insurance, allowing you to focus extensively on patient outcomes while enjoying interaction with a supportive team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individual needs and objectives, setting realistic and achievable goals for treatment. Efficiently manage a patient workload of two patients per hour, ensuring high standards of care and effective treatment interventions. Administer a variety of cost-effective therapeutic treatments aimed at improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans utilizing evidence-based practices, incorporating a diverse range of treatment techniques tailored to individual patient requirements. Monitor patient progress by regularly assessing treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Document patient care meticulously to maintain comprehensive records that meet healthcare regulatory standards. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their therapy journey to enhance their functional capabilities and achieve optimal outcomes. Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Promote healthy lifestyle changes through customized fitness and wellness programs designed for each patient's unique circumstances. Patient Population / Client Focus Our ideal patient population consists primarily of individuals with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injuries. The diverse background of our clientele demands a versatile and adaptive treatment methodology, emphasizing individualized care that recognizes patient-specific recovery timelines and goals. Our commitment to maximizing patient outcomes establishes a fulfilling atmosphere for interaction and growth. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, with preference given to candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Nevada is required; candidates must have a clean record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against their licenses. Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens. Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting with a minimum of two years in a similar capacity is strongly preferred. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, or similar platforms for maintaining patient documentation and care coordination. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates should bring a track record of collaboration and teamwork, alongside expertise in orthopedic treatment modalities. Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and engaging effectively with patients will be vital to the success of this role. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 100,000
