Work Environment This full-time role is set in an onsite outpatient clinic environment in Wells, Nevada, providing a balanced work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll work with a steady flow of patients, predominantly those with private medical insurance, allowing you to focus extensively on patient outcomes while enjoying interaction with a supportive team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individual needs and objectives, setting realistic and achievable goals for treatment. Efficiently manage a patient workload of two patients per hour, ensuring high standards of care and effective treatment interventions. Administer a variety of cost-effective therapeutic treatments aimed at improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans utilizing evidence-based practices, incorporating a diverse range of treatment techniques tailored to individual patient requirements. Monitor patient progress by regularly assessing treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Document patient care meticulously to maintain comprehensive records that meet healthcare regulatory standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our ideal patient population consists primarily of individuals with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injuries. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory, with preference given to candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
