Momentum at South Bay for Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for a Full-time Admissions Coordinator. Good oral and written communication skills. Interview and assessment skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct tours and provide information about Momentum at South Bay to applicants, hospital discharge planners and community agencies. Admit residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Upon admission, responsible to complete, review and explain admission documents to residents and/or sponsor obtaining signatures as necessary. Complete pre-admissions in Sigma EMR. Other related duties as assigned by
