Finger Lakes Dermatology is looking for a front desk receptionist. This person will have the first interaction with patients and are essential to helping them get the help they need. Ideal candidates would have office experience, be dependable, have a strong work ethic and have good communication skills.

Duties would include:

Answer phones in professional manner. Schedule appointments. Obtain patient demographic data and enter in medical record. Enter and verify insurance information. Welcome patients and get them checked-in and checked-out. Manage online appointment requests and fax tank.
