Here is a polished, ready-to-post version: Admissions Coordinator / Receptionist Northwest Care Academy — Keizer, Oregon Northwest Care Academy is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Admissions Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing healthcare training school. This position is an excellent opportunity to help prospective students begin their healthcare careers while becoming part of a new and expanding vocational school. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time as enrollment and school operations continue to grow. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Approximately 12-20 hours per week, depending on enrollment and business needs Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly return voicemail messages. Greet prospective students, current students, and visitors. Respond to telephone, email, website, and online inquiries. Assist prospective students with applications and admissions paperwork. Schedule appointments, school tours, and admissions interviews. Follow up with prospective students regarding applications and enrollment. Maintain accurate and confidential student records and files. Assist with student enrollment, registration, and orientation. Perform general receptionist and front-office duties. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current students. Assist with outreach and marketing activities as needed. Required Qualifications Previous experience in reception, admissions, administration, or customer service. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, internet applications, and online forms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to protect confidential student and school information. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a vocational school, healthcare setting, educational institution, or medical office. Experience using online forms, student databases, or customer relationship management systems. Previous admissions, enrollment, outreach, or marketing experience.
