Job Description

Dental practice located in Prineville, Oregon is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Care Coordinator! Qualified candidate must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and exhibit professionalism, provide excellent patient communication while completing daily and weekly responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Productive scheduling Knowledgeable in dental insurance benefits Treatment plan presentation Over the counter collections Case management & recall system Support and maintain practice production goals Compliance with HIPPA and OSHA laws

Competencies:

Multi-tasking Accountability Detail oriented Problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills While dental experience is desired we are willing to train the RIGHT candidate!
