Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Naturally connect with people and make them feel welcome and supported Communicate clearly, positively and confidently Are comfortable coaching and encouraging patients Follow instructions carefully and pay attention to details Take ownership and complete responsibilities without constant reminders Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Notice what needs to be done and step in to help Are comfortable asking patients for referrals and reviews Can confidently recommend appropriate clinic products and services Understand that exceptional patient care and clinic growth go hand in hand Are bilingual in English and Spanish—preferred, but not required What You'll Do Patient Care and Rehabilitation Guide patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises Ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique Follow each doctor's treatment plan accurately and consistently Help patients understand how their exercises connect to their goals for care Discuss patients' key values, progress, wins and remaining goals Progress patients through exercises according to the doctor's plan Communicate patient concerns, changes and progress to the doctors Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy Complete movement screens and assist with custom-orthotic measurements Help manage patient flow and maintain a smooth, positive clinic experience Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time Patient Relationships and Clinic Growth Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care Celebrate progress and keep patients engaged in their treatment plans Ask satisfied patients for referrals and online reviews Make appropriate product and service recommendations Help patients understand additional services that may support their goals Participate in clinic promotions, Demo Days and patient-appreciation activities Marketing and Community Engagement Assist with social media and in-clinic marketing Help identify and coordinate community outreach opportunities Participate in health fairs, screenings, workshops and marketing events Represent HealthSource professionally in the clinic and community Help develop relationships that introduce new patients to the clinic What Success Looks Like Successful team members in this role: Follow treatment plans and clinical processes consistently Keep patients engaged, encouraged and progressing Communicate effectively with patients, doctors and teammates Maintain accurate documentation and dependable follow-through Know their performance expectations and work to improve Contribute to patient retention, referrals, reviews and clinic growth Support the entire team rather than focusing only on assigned tasks Schedule and Compensation Full-time, on-site position Primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays Occasional community and marketing events $20 per hour What We Offer Hands-on training—a degree or personal-training certification is not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills and work ethic. We will train the right person on our clinical systems, equipment and rehabilitation protocols.
