• Conduct thorough evaluations including a comprehensive review of patients' medical histories, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests to create tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly articulate evaluation findings and treatment goals to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in decision-making and care processes.
• Implement specific therapeutic protocols based on individual assessments, continuously adapting interventions in response to patients' progress and changes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management and to provide updates on patients' progress, incorporating interdisciplinary insights into therapy plans.
• Document all treatment interventions and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, including evaluation reports, treatment progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Support patients during discharge planning, emphasizing the importance of follow-up care and continuous rehabilitation strategies.
• Engage actively in departmental initiatives, contributing to goal setting, quality improvement projects, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate patient access to care by addressing barriers and promoting departmental goals related to patient experience and satisfaction.
• Serve as a mentor to students during their clinical placements, guiding their development and enhancing the educational experience for future healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, workplace-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
