Telerecruiter (Patient Access Associate 1)

Job Description

Inova Blood Donor Services is seeking a full-time Tele-recruiter (PAA1) on-site at our Sterling, VA Nokes Blvd office. (Will be required to work front-facing 3-4 days each month at the Woodburn and Dulles locations).
Hours:
8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
Days:
Monday - Saturday - Must be available to work 5 x 8 hour days (Once trained, will have flexibility to work from home on Saturdays only)
Job Responsibilities:
Answers Blood Donor Services calls, schedules and confirms appointments. Contacts existing and previous donors to build loyalty and schedule future blood donations. Greets arriving blood donors at Inova Dulles and Woodburn sites. Creates a welcoming atmosphere and delivers an exceptional donor experience. May perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience :
1 year of customer service or 1 year of experience in a medical setting. (Associates degree in lieu of experience).
Preferred Qualifications :
2 years customer service experience or 1 year experience in a medical setting
