Southborough, MA & Greater Boston Area (Field-Based) Join a Growing Respiratory Care Team Are you a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who is passionate about helping pediatric and ventilator-dependent patients live safely and comfortably at home? P3SG is seeking a dedicated clinical professional to join our expanding team and provide exceptional respiratory care throughout Central and Southern Massachusetts. The position offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, daytime hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Compensation & Schedule $45.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience) $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Performance Bonus Opportunities Full-Time Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM On-Call Rotation Approximately 1 Week Every 4-6 Weeks What You'll Do As a Ventilator Patient Specialist, you will serve as the primary clinical resource for a designated group of pediatric and ventilator patients. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality respiratory care. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and ongoing respiratory evaluations. Manage and support pediatric and ALS ventilator patients. Set up, troubleshoot, and monitor advanced respiratory equipment. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on equipment use and respiratory care. Review ventilator data and patient compliance reports. Complete accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in on-call support as scheduled. Qualifications Required Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license . Pediatric and/or ventilator experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong communication and patient education skills. Preferred Home Health, DME, HME, or Home Respiratory Care experience. Experience working with ventilator-dependent pediatric patients. Hospital respiratory care background. Familiarity with Care Orchestrator, Astral, or similar respiratory software platforms.
