Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial but not mandatory Excellent communication and organizational skills Dedication to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, both individually and in groups Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other team members to monitor progress and adjust interventions Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Promote inclusive learning by providing resources and strategies to classroom staff This contract position offers a meaningful opportunity to positively influence students lives while working alongside caring professionals.
