What You'll Bring:

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate state licensure for speech-language pathology Previous professional experience working in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities Collaborative mindset for partnering with teachers, staff, and families

What You'll Do:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students' communication skills Deliver targeted speech and language therapy on both an individual and group basis Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Regularly consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and support student progress Maintain timely and accurate records consistent with district and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and contribute to parent conferences
