Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower young learners to communicate confidently and thrive in their educational journey as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in grades 3-5. This full-time contract opportunity spans both elementary and middle school environments, providing an engaging setting to make a genuine difference for students in the 8-11 age range. With a flexible start date, you'll have the chance to begin impacting students as soon as possible and continue your work through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. You'll collaborate with educators and families to deliver evidence-based speech and language services for a caseload of around 35 students across two supportive school communities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered Experience with school-based therapy for elementary and middle school students Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-5, ages 8-11 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with IEP teams Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize support services Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success Imagine the rewarding impact you can make by helping students find their voices and academic confidence.
