Job Description

You'll play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Provide both individual and group therapy in alignment with IEP goals Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals Offer guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication strategies and supports
