Qualifications:

Active Alabama SLP License (required) Credentials in any of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, pediatric SLP, or school-based SLP Experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans for students ages 3 through 6th grade Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary Collaborate with educators and families to support each students development Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Attend IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for student needs This full-time position features a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance throughout the academic year. The assignment runs through May 20, 2027, giving you the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships and see meaningful progress with your students. Compensation for this role ranges from $40 to $45 per hour, paid weekly.
