Mustard Seed Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide a fun, family-centered environment where therapists have the flexibility and autonomy to build meaningful relationships with their clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. What We Offer

Administrative support for scheduling and billing Responsibilities
Perform speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
Develop individualized plans of care based on each child's needs.
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy interventions.
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and treatment notes.
Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, ethical, and payer documentation requirements. () Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
Current ASHA certification (if applicable)
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and their families Preferred Experience
Pediatric outpatient experience
Experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation, language disorders, feeding, or AAC is a plus—but not required.
