Job Description
Mustard Seed Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. What We Offer

- Administrative support for scheduling and billing Responsibilities
- Perform speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each child's needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy interventions.
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and treatment notes.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, ethical, and payer documentation requirements. () Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Current ASHA certification (if applicable)
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and their families Preferred Experience
- Pediatric outpatient experience
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation, language disorders, feeding, or AAC is a plus—but not required.
