Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred Skill in conducting speech, language, and communication assessments Strong communication and organizational abilities Passion for helping students succeed, both academically and socially

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Provide direct therapy services and document progress toward objectives Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights and recommendations Maintain accurate and timely records per school and legal standards Stay current on best practices and participate in continued professional development
