What Youll Bring:

Valid and active Speech-Language Pathology license in Alabama Certification as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or school-focused SLP strongly preferred Experience with pediatric populations, especially in K-12 educational settings Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students IEPs Maintain accurate records and progress notes for assigned caseload Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to support students progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of school-based teams This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with both full-time and part-time hours available during the school week (MondayFriday). The assignment runs from now through May 2027, providing a stable and fulfilling opportunity to impact student success.
