Qualifications & Skills:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Arkansas Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in a school-based setting Strong understanding of IEPs, goal-setting, and progress monitoring Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development in both academic and social settings Participate in IEP meetings, contribute insights, and update goals according to student progress Engage in ongoing communication with school staff and related service providers Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, ensuring youll have a balanced schedule while making a measurable difference in students daily lives.
