Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Arkansas Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district requirements Participate in team meetings and in-service training sessions
