This is an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist with strong pediatric experience to make a tangible impact in an educational setting. Work closely with students, teachers, and families to foster communication skills that drive classroom success. This position offers a consistent schedule, working four days each week for a total of 30 hours. While most services are provided on site, enjoy the added convenience of working from home up to two days per monthhelping you maintain a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Arizona SLP-CCC highly preferred Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card required Demonstrated experience or passion for working with preschool and elementary-aged students Strong foundational knowledge in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Ability to effectively collaborate within educational teams

Core Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 8th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse needs Participate in IEP meetings, share expertise, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Deliver high-quality therapy sessions within school environments and during approved remote work days Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with teachers and parents to promote student success
