Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to students' IEP goals Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to evaluate and monitor student progress Provide support and training to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and strategies Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices This contract role offers the flexibility to advance your career while working in a dynamic educational environment.
