100K Flexible Schedule | West Hollywood/Hollywood Role Overview Join a small, interdisciplinary pediatric therapy practice serving throughout the West Hollywood/Hollywood area.
This SLP role combines in-home therapy with limited clinic-based services , allowing clinicians to work directly with children and families while collaborating with OT, PT, and the broader therapy team. The practice focuses on helping young children develop communication, developmental, and sensory-related skills while supporting families throughout the therapeutic process.

Part-Time:
Per-visit compensation, $67
72/hr Evaluations paid at 2x the treatment rate 10 PTO days + 5 sick days $500 annual CEU bonus 401(k) $250/month health stipend Flexible scheduling Saturday availability for optional work or make-up visits Potential flexibility around cancellation/no-show compensation Opportunity to discuss individual scheduling and workload needs What Makes This Role Stand Out Primarily early intervention with children ages 0-3 Mostly 40-minute sessions , Small, family-oriented interdisciplinary team Administrative and scheduling support Close collaboration with OT, PT, and other pediatric specialists Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the earliest stages of a child's development Flexible schedule built around the clinician's assigned caseload Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy in homes, daycares, schools, community settings, and the clinic (on a limited basis), this is primarily in homes and community Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide treatment sessions primarily for young children Complete SOAP notes, progress reports, and required documentation Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers Collaborate with OT, PT, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Manage an assigned caseload and travel efficiently between client locations Qualifications California SLP license/appropriate clinical certification required Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance required Comfortable driving between client locations Strong independent clinical reasoning and critical-thinking skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to independently manage documentation and a caseload Feeding experience is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Strong CF candidates may be considered Full-time and part-time options available.
Clinicians have flexibility in choosing their working hours as long as assigned clients are consistently seen. Saturdays are available for optional work or make-up visits.•
