Voice & Speech Center is a growing private practice in Culver City, and we're looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We offer a 4.5-day work week, a diverse caseload, strong administrative support, and an environment where clinicians are encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining a sustainable schedule. Your caseload will be approximately 80% pediatric and 20% adult. Most sessions take place in our Culver City clinic, with some local in-home/early intervention visits. Our clinicians treat a wide range of communication needs, including early language development, articulation, pediatric language disorders, adult speech and language, voice, and swallowing. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys variety and wants the support of a team without the feel of a large corporate practice. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing needs Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Work primarily from our Culver City clinic, with some local in-home sessions Collaborate closely with families, physicians, educators, and other professionals when appropriate Complete timely evaluations, progress reports, SOAP notes, and other clinical documentation Educate and coach families to promote carryover outside of therapy Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and ongoing professional development Have opportunities to develop areas of special interest as your caseload grows What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications 4.5-day work week Paid time off Paid holidays Health insurance contribution 2%

Applicants should have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be eligible for California licensure. CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. Pediatric experience is preferred. Experience or a strong interest in early intervention, voice, swallowing, or adult populations is especially welcome.
