Job Description

Make a difference in students' lives by providing essential speech and language therapy support in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for innovative speech-language professionals eager to advocate for communication needs and help children achieve academic success. Both experienced clinicians and those starting out, including CFYs and SLPAs, are welcome.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver assessments, individualized treatment, and progress monitoring in accordance with students' IEPs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members Offer both onsite and teletherapy interventions as needed Keep thorough, timely records of sessions, progress notes, and documentation for compliance Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to support generalization of skills Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews Here you'll find a forward-thinking setting that values innovation and compassion, offering varied caseloads and professional growth.
