Essential Qualifications:
Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Prior experience with K-12 caseloads, including mild to severe needs is highly valued Comfort with travel and adapting to multiple school sites and changing assignments Familiarity with CA school procedures and SEIS preferred Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLP Assistants (SLPAs) with onsite SLP supervision provided
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language services in person at various school locations Serve a range of caseloads, from mild-moderate to occasional severe cases, tailoring interventions for individual student needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Assist and guide SLPAs and CFs as needed, ensuring high-quality supervision and support Maintain accurate documentation compliant with CA school standards and SEIS Experience a unique blend of rewarding student impact and professional adventure.
