Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current California SLP license, or eligibility for state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Prior experience providing speech therapy in school settings is preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students in grades K-12
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students Delivering direct therapy services across a K-12 caseload Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress and success Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation per district and state requirements Providing ongoing support, education, and resources for students and their families Youll find fulfillment enabling children to find their voices and supporting their growth in a collaborative, learning-focused setting.
