Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This school-based position offers a chance to make a tangible impact on learners' communication development through the remainder of the academic year. This role requires working 37 hours per week, with an immediate start and assignment concluding June 3rd. You will carry a manageable caseload of approximately 55-60 students, providing vital speech and language services in a collaborative, educational environment.
Ideal qualifications and experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience delivering school-based therapy or strong clinical background Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse school setting Strong organizational and time-management abilities Key responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Developing and implementing IEP goals tailored to individual student needs Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members Maintaining detailed records and progress documentation Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise on student needs Delivering both direct and consultative services to students within the caseload If you are a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a positive impact, this contract assignment offers a fulfilling school-based experience for the remainder of the school year.
