What we're looking for:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid California SLP license or eligibility
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
Experience supporting high school students in an education setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering student growth and providing evidence-based interventions Role responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a diverse high school caseload
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting student-specific communication needs
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student participation in academic and social activities
Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district requirements
Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
