What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience supporting high school students in an education setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and providing evidence-based interventions Role responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a diverse high school caseload
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting student-specific communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student participation in academic and social activities
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
