Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California Speech-Language Pathology license Holds, or eligible for, Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop IEPs and monitor student progress Serve as a resource to the school by offering strategies to support classroom learning and inclusion Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies and regulations Participate in team meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and provide professional input on speech and language matters Benefit from working school hours in a supportive team atmosphere, with the chance to develop your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact.
