Speak Up Speech Therapy is a small, woman-owned private practice founded and led by an experienced, multicultural, trilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. We are looking for a passionate part-time SLP or a CF who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized therapy while building meaningful relationships with children and their families. This position is ideal for an SLP or a CF who enjoys working independently while receiving ongoing support, collaboration, supervision, and mentorship when needed.

Position Details Part-time:

2-3 days per week

Setting:

Primarily in-home services, with a few clients seen at an ABA center/daycare. Possible one day a week at a school.

Murrieta, Temecula, French Valley, Winchester, and Menifee A schedule is already established; however, we value flexibility and provide our clinicians with the autonomy to coordinate schedules with families when appropriate. Requirements - CCC-SLP Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) or willingness to obtain one as we see clients with insurance. Current CPR certification. Negative TB test Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Current automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with pediatric clients preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. AAC (low tech, high tech) experience preferred, not required. Requirements - Clinical Fellow (CF/RPE) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. Eligible for or currently hold a California Required Professional Experience (RPE) Temporary License. Eligible to complete the ASHA Clinical Fellowship. Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) or willingness to obtain one prior to credentialing. Current CPR Negative TB test Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Current automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for working with pediatric clients and willingness to learn. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Bilingual candidates may be eligible for a higher rate.
