Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license CCC certification required (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Experience working in schools, particularly with diverse student populations Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and changing student needs Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress towards goals Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement best practices Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing training as needed Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language concerns
