This role is ideal for candidates holding a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology—whether you're fully certified (CCC-SLP) or at the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) stage.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes Lead engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving measurable speech and language goals Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, high-quality care Partner with families, empowering them to support student success beyond the therapy room
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP Preference given to candidates with CCC-SLP certification Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is valued Ability to communicate clearly and work both independently and as part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to student growth Must hold or be eligible for a license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology This role offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing, personalized support to fuel your professional development.
