Qualifications and Required Experience:

Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs and provide targeted therapy Capacity to manage a dynamic caseload and work collaboratively with educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in grades K through 12 Develop and deliver individualized therapy for a wide range of speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Assist in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student education plans Provide consultation and training for faculty and caregivers as needed Adapt intervention methods based on student progress and evolving needs Enjoy a compensation range of $50 to $70 per hour, paid weekly, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
