Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a supportive school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year! This contract-based opportunity offers you the chance to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 15-20 students across Pre-K through 12th grade. Flexible hours are possible within school times of 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM, with elementary schools dismissing even earlier—making a great fit for those seeking balance in their weekly schedules. Open to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Clinical Fellows (CFY), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders, and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). SLPAs will primarily support elementary-aged students under the guidance of an experienced SLP. What we're seeking: Active California licensure or ability to obtain it for SLP or SLPA Experience with Pre-K through 12th grade, particularly with school-based caseloads
For SLP:
CCC or eligibility for CFY, and comfort supervising
SLPAs For SLPA:
Current licensure and in-person availability Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedication to supporting students' communication needs in academic and social settings Primary responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for students on your caseload Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
For SLPAs:
