This full-time contract position is perfect for SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals who are passionate about empowering students with communication challenges.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current or pending state licensure for Speech Language Pathology Experience or interest in working within PreK-12 populations in school settings Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and evaluations for students Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions, both group and individual Develop and maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with district and IDEA regulations Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development activities Support the development of communication skills critical for academic and social achievement
