Pay Range:
$40-45 per hour, depending on experience and language
Status:
Part-Time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
including the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee performs all, part, and/or combination of the duties listed below. Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on children, adolescents, and/or adults. Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results in line with funding source guidelines. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address short and long-term client goals. Maintain client data and documentation in compliance with funding source requirements, and internal expectations in EMR system. Ensure reports are submitted according to internal deadlines and in line with funding source requirements. Perform routine documentation of client progress and adjust goals as needed Provide guidance and instruction to family members and/or caregivers on strategies to support clients' communication goals and objectives. Make appropriate referrals for additional services such as behavior therapy, occupational therapy, educational therapy, etc. to ensure all client needs are met. Maintain compliance with state and federal policies, California state board for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers, and ASHA.

Qualifications & Requirements:
