Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication delays or disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements Provide support and resources to teachers and staff regarding student speech and language needs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams
