Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or eligibility to obtain required credentials for school-based practice Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered Previous experience providing speech therapy services in schools is valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to engage and inspire students at diverse developmental levels Tech-savvy skills for hybrid/remote caseload management
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted intervention strategies Deliver direct and consultative therapy in person and/or via virtual platforms Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress Maintain accurate records and comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings and make data-driven recommendations for student success
