Job Description

Step into an exciting contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to elementary and middle school students in a vibrant educational setting. As a full-time SLP, you will work with an average caseload of 55 students, delivering support designed to help each learner achieve communication and academic success. This school-based role runs from August 6 through May 27 and includes a unique blend of on-campus services plus one home & hospital visit each week, offering a varied and impactful workday.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP Experience with pediatric clients, preferably in a school setting Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary and middle school populations Strong collaborative and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teachers, specialists, and families Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations Consult with classroom teachers and school staff to support student goals Deliver one home & hospital based service session per week Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Why work in this role?
